| The actual colours of this rug are medium browns, greens and reds. The binding and base of the rug are an aged, medium brown cotton and the rug is not as light as shown in the photos. Yes, I do need to take a photography course! |
| I am very disappointed in the quality of photos for this rug. In 'real life' it does not look this light in shading. The colour of the rug is a very aged, medium brown in both the binding and the base of the rug. Trust me on this one ladies, you will be very pleasantly surprised by the look and quality of this rug. The base of this rug is aged, cotton ticking with those pesky 'hit and miss' pennies and the never ending red and green penny circles attached by 'make do' dyed cotton string. A simple cotton binding completes the antique style of this rug. A very beautiful and challenging penny rug. |
